Albert Prempeh Kusi is an Entrepreneur by experience, Business Development Strategist and a celebrated Conference host and speaker.
He has over a decade experience in Business development, Strategic planning and Sales & Marketing. During the formatives stage of his career, he worked in various sales and marketing roles with Fidelity Bank, Milicom Ghana (TIGO) and Lexta Ghana Limited.
Mr. Kusi was part of the second batch of young professionals who were selected to be part of Cal Bank’s Graduate Training Programme for Managers.
Thereafter, he proceeded to work as the Business Development Manager of Speed Banking International, a subsidiary of Capital Bank. There, he led the team that designed the Direct Sales Model of the Bank and recruited over three hundred personnel to be sales agents across the country.
Due to his industrious feat, he was promoted to be the Direct Sales Manager at defunct Capital Bank where he was responsible for driving sales and increasing revenue for the bank. He is currently also the Head of Sales of Databank
Albert is very passionate about youth development. This led him to start LEC Group, a human capital organization during his undergraduate studies at the University of Cape Coast. His passion for public speaking, motivating and developing the potentials of young people drove him to conceive what has now become the most preferred annual youth gathering dubbed Success Africa Conference; a career and motivation conference organized across the country and also in Liberia and Nigeria and other parts of Africa
His organization has also churned a number of tailor-made conference including, ‘After School What Next’ for undergraduates, Possibilities Conference for the young working class, among others.
His credentials in Leadership and Youth Development have won him several accolades and awards including the Africa Youth Awards 2016 as the African Youth of the Year (Male), as well being named as one of the 50 most influential Ghanaians under for 40 for three years running.
Mr. Kusi holds a Bachelor of Management Studies from University of Cape Coast and Postgraduate Diploma in Management Studies from Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA). He is also a student of Ghana Stock Exchange and currently pursuing an MBA (Marketing) at GIMPA
In 2017 Africa Youth Awards named him among the 100 Most Influential Young Africans, an initiative instituted to promote African youth movements and achieving and also restoring excellence in the works of young people across Africa.
